This is the first of three units in Higher Biology. We will be studying this until mid-October. It covers - Cells structure and function, Photosythesis, DNA replication and Protein Synthesis, Aerobic Respiration. At the end of the Unit you will have to pass a Unit Assessment (NAB) - this is worth 40 Marks and the pass-mark is 26. You will also have to sit a "AB-Questions Test" - which is composed of exam questions and essay questions on this topic to help you prepare for the exam.
